The traditional solemn diplomatic ceremony symbolizes the start of a diplomat's tour of duty in Russia. This time, the ceremony inaugurates new ambassadors from Nigeria,Cuba and Egypt.
President Vladimir Putin is welcoming ambassadors from 17 countries on April 11 on Moscow during a traditional ceremony.
Prof Steve Ugbah from Nigeria was among those who presented his credentials from Nigeria to Putin.
